For what it's worth, I rather enjoyed this ending, as much of a tonal whiplash as it was. There always was a slightly dark element to their antics (rampant arson, "operation IJAGSIF" etc) that was always played off for laughs, so this doesn't feel as completely out of left-field for me. If the...
