The cultivators reactions are perfect, exactly how you'd imagine a cultivator would react to these things. I love it! The 'heroes' are much more disappointing but it's only chapter 2, hopefully they get more interesting. And can someone please give the poor guy some directions already?

Woah... Because of the set up of the story, I expected this to go in a completely different direction from the original mythology, but with some clever twists we are now on track with the original myth. Really have to admire the author for this.

Since everyone is rooting for the dragon (and I'm not against it either), I gotta point out something. The dragon had more than a hundred years to get along more with the mc but didn't. Why is that?

The art is very nice, but the image quality is too high to be able to read properly. I timed it for this chapter, and just to be able to read one page took almost two full minutes of waiting for it to load.

oh shit... Thoth used Set to kill Apophis? Did the snake eat the frogs who were like parents to him, but he struggled to get revenge on Apophis for that (since he doesn't die even if beheaded), and found a way to do it using Set? Or did Thoth use Apophis as an excuse to kill Set (and Osiris...

They all follow a certain thing/style. Fire, Crane, Sword, Plant. Little martial uncle's strength so far seems to be knowledge, and there is that cover image. Will his be 'scroll'?
