Why does this manga have a day counter? in chapter 3 it says that it is day 3 but in the same chapter, 2 days have passed and in chapter 4 it says that it is day 4.

this manga has his highs and lows, i enjoy pretty much everything, too bad it got axed (the death note arc was a little bit too long maybe if it was just 2 or 3 chapters it will be enough)
