I don't see how that's relevant? Nobody is disputing how much work is involved - the question is why you decided to work on this chapter instead of the earlier one; all of it is a lot of work.

You can't be serious. You didn't even start at the beginning of the side story but towards the end. There was literally no reason to not practice translating from where the previous translated chapter left off.
