@thekulling I know the JP fans were dissatisfied but the Western fans actively harassed her and posted leaks. As far as I saw the JP were kinda just rude.
It got to the point where the discord translating this stopped posting leaks, spoilers, or even linking the translations.

I get it, I thought the ending and rationale behind it was bullshit, but ffs don't harass the author and brigade them to change the ending.

That is a nice little caveat about Mangadex, that it's not actually by Author Nationality but what the source was first posted as.
@agtra this comic's basically just a vague slander mixing the West Taiwan incident with one vtuber basically harassing another out of the company causing a younger one to leave because they requested them via management to change their birth accent.

I certainly don't think the change was because of an axe because there's been gradual changes for at least two full volumes. The foundatuons had already been there and building for a long time.
