Though seriously, I hope Joshu doesn't die and that thought isn't even factoring in whether or not you like the character, I just think that killing off Joshu now would be a very boring and not creative development and if Jojolion is anything, it is creative.

Araki didn't retcon the bitemarks. Paisley Park was likely dormant for most of her childhood (note that we never maniefst) and only subconsciously helped Yashuo (think back to Giorno as a child) . Yashuo's interaction with the Wall Eyes just made it fully active , hence the bitemarks. Also...

Don't worry guys, Joshu isn't out of the fight just yet. The exchange appears to have only taken his arm and hasn't harmed him in any other way so he could still probably use his stand ability.
