It's unfortunate that she'll likely meet a bad end off screen. Two near close calls back to back is just too much. I'm sure they're just a one-shot appearance. This manga seems to do a bunch of that. Interesting characters only to slip into the background ether forevermore.

I read way more of that manga than it deserved (dead grandma arc)... glad I never went back. As far as getting axed, it sucks, but at long they make it to the finish line I'll be satisfied.
