Pretty ridiculous tbh. I'm not a running expert or anything but I'm pretty sure that you need to be a world class runner with years and years of experience to tackle an ultramarathon like this without severely hurting yourself.

I don't think this author knows what an immune system does. I'm pretty sure that it has nothing to do with becoming immune to meth. I mean yeah, he is a magic Korean fantasy hulk but still... I personally would have probably used some crazy ass hallucinogenic cocktail but if meth works on him...
