Lol. I find it funny that taking the jaw off the skeleton makes him mute. I mean, I can see the logic in it, but it also clashes with the logic that he doesn't have any lungs anyway. Nor muscles, larynx etc.

I gotta admit, even though I do like this story, I am a bit annoyed at it. Specifically, the "cannibal monster" parts. I am fairly certain that it's meant as "Human eating monsters" and not the actual meaning of the word cannibal: "One who eats another of their own species"

That pantyshot at the end seemed completely unnecessary... but then again, half of the stuff in this manga does that as well :D

Honestly, "This is our consensus" sounds better than "We all can't give our consent". That sentence just seems muddled, with that "all" put in. "This is our consensus" basically means "This is the decision we have come to"
