Well MC, usually you have certain 'visual aids', 'tools' or 'equipment' to help with this situation. However, in the absence of such things, there is one infallible solution, one thing that will always be there; that's the power of... IMAGINATION!
This boss must be playing around with these guys. There is no way this guy is keeping up with someone with supposedly 10 times his stats. Especially if the boss doesn't have much health then that mean his stats should be his strength.
It's great to see a story where the MC actually earns his way through but spending all that money on equipment was a mistake. He should continue earning for a bit with his herb collection and stay at an inn where he wouldn't get robbed so easily. Then after getting some stability he should buy...
@Zethuron What certain groups don't realise when they talk about 'don't complain, it's free' is that sometimes one group doing something ensures another doesn't do over their work. Then you have a bunch of chapters the readers have to slug through just to get to the better translation... or drop...
@feha It's not actual slavery you know. It's more like they tried to get each other conscripted. They've both yet to do anything truly villainous. At most they're evil by being irresponsible.
@feha No villains are often self centred but you don't have to be a villain even if you're self centred. An example here, is that they don't care enough about the people around them to plot against them. That's just excessive effort and risk, for no real reason.
@feha They wouldn't do that. They aren't truly villainous as much as being extremely self-centred. Destroying the country they want to profit off of and life an easy life in would be counterproductive.
