Alright it might be an isekai and it might be unoriginal But it’s not bad and the plot is moving forward at a not too fast speed. I hope it won’t devolve into a revenge story at any point in time.

the story goes downhill fast. ironically the first chapters with the clinic are the most enjoyable despite the fact the story goes nowhere. now that the story is going somewhere it's just going downhill with the haremshit. art is good tho :okhand:

in short: it's not really good. the romance is forced the characters are pretty one dimensional the fact that the main character knows the world she is transported to is forgotten past chapter 11-ish

a classic blend of way too serious plot mixed with childish slapstick comedy, why the fuck do mangas try so hard to be both funny and serious? It never works out and it definitely doesn't work out here.
