After reading the 15 available chapters, I'm still yet to see what about this manga is a 9/10. Thoroughly convinced I need to stop sorting via rating because it's clear my standards for what is worth a 9 varies greatly from everyone else.

Coma strat is confirmed S tier. There isn't a counter to it since the emotional strain doesn't have a cap, allowing it to potentially stack infinitely as more and more time passes. Hope the devs patch it soon, before it affects future competitions.

The chapter aside, the only point you lost against the other scanlation team is not making it visually clear the world-stars were talking in English. Most manga use box brackets or italics, it's a small but nice touch.
