I'm really glad to see a story that focuses more on mental/emotional growth than physical growth. It's my favorite type of fanfic to read and seeing a manga that's character-driven in this way is seriously satisfying tbh
Honestly I was massively eh about reading this bc so many alarms went off but I'm glad I did bc it's genuinely heartwarming and it's in the direction of people moving on with their lives after losing a loved one, which I think is always something encouraging to see in a story.
