Sure, but it also carries the problem that if they never upload another chapter, it more often than not just gets forgotten because it was never formally "dropped" so no other group took it when there was interest. Not that that's the case for this in particular, but as a broad example.

Because the person who originally uploaded all of the chapters in one go isn't part of the scan, just some random. The actual owner above would rather slowly upload chapters in an attempt to steer traffic to the ad-ridden site, so if the chapters were still on MD then that defeats the purpose...

To clarify, it wasn't a "confusion", someone grabbed all the chapters from rightdark's site to post here and rightdark removed them from MD so he could continue to upload at a snail's pace to promote his dogshit page.
