@josua070 Not really. Its rare but there are stories where a portal has been made between worlds. The one about the guy who wins the lottery and the food joint for instance are both Isekai with open doors.

@Kayeon It could just be a gateway. So its hard to say whether its an isekai or not. Its definitely portals at work. He did not travel nearly far enough to be so lost after all.

@EOTFOFYL Unfortunately i have trouble reading novels and books for enjoyment. Its not even about the story for me, the format just doesn't agree with me. I can read text heavy or text based games fine. I just can't go any further than that. Not without defeating the purpose entirely.
