@SummerK This would be correct if being high up on the military ladder had anything to do with being a soldier rather than an outlet to gain prestige for nobles. These guys are pretty clearly not the perfect representation of the ideal soldier, but they would be the norm for the setting and plot.

Why hate on this? It's following it's premise perfectly fine, there's nothing strange here. Just because you don't like the format doesn't mean the quality is bad.

Just because I refuse to believe there is a name that bad, I'll consider Prine Duke to actually be a meta-reference to highlight how utter garbage otome game names can be. Because if there is literally no way "Prince Duke" would fly by an editor with a single brain cell.
