This is the official coloring. It was included in the volume release, albeit in grayscale. I grabbed the original color version (that was initially released in the magazine actually) from the author's twitter.

I'm not so sure about that considering that the author even referenced extra 9 in chapter 127. They may as well be main chapters with more pages to work with. I'd expect a few of them in the anime. The omakes, however, have little to no chance of making an appearance.
