@Kaiser92 - Your guess is as good as mine. Just one clarification: the Umidori is emphatically not an autogyro, but rather something more like the Bell XV-15. That is, a tilt-wing airplane. But USAAF guys like Hutton would not have recognized it, and so classified it as something they did...

I simply cannot let good raws go to waste. I like this series, and I am pinch-hitting this time. If anybody else wants to take over the series, just let me know, as I am quite overloaded as things stand. Otherwise, you will simply have to wait a while for the next chapter. Like three months...

Masaki and the girls take one more step towards their long term success. This chapter took a little longer simply because I have been prioritizing finishing Oni ga Deru, with every third release being from that series.

@uioiu - I do, at my own pace. You will notice three things here: (1) the series is very old and nobody else wanted to work on it, (2) there are very few people following this series, and (3) I am working on a whole bunch of series, and only giving higher priority right now to one of them. And...

So Isurugi is learning more and more about himself. And about Jinrai. And Hiren. And Itsuki... And so starts volume 6 of 9. And some questions are being answered at last.

@Nakanowatari - Around November I set the series priority higher, to get it done with. Now I release two chapters from other series, then one from this. Repeatedly. The net result is one release every 3-4 weeks for this series. The cost, of course, is slower releases for everything else.

And suddenly Suzu is coming up from behind! What a horse race! Seriously, though, this is the last chapter of volume 4. One more volume remains. Seven chapters.

@Mordenheim, @pip25 - The chapter has had a few major changes, and lots of minor ones.

I can't upload anything. It says "Upload is temporarily disabled." Do we have an ETA? Update: One hour later, the issue has resolved itself.

Things are not going the way Mother wants, not by a long shot. This is the last chapter of volume one. At least on the main story. There is one omake chapter with an entirely different plot and cast, though.

@kampervan - Thank you for taking this off my plate. I have all thirteen volumes in my basement. Comment on final rant: Well of course! This series is from the guy who brought us 43 volumes of Zipang, after all. I find alternate history to be interesting, but in the end it is not reality...

@brennu - Eight chapters to go! I bumped the priority so that every third chapter I do is from that series. Even so, I will probably not finish the series before August.

@Predatornoa - I wondered if you'd notice. In any case, time does fly by. Anyway, this series is now in my rotation, but at my current pace it will probably be three months or so before I circle back to it. I am currently now working on nine different manga series in round-robin fashion. And...

This is the start of a completely redone scanlation of this series. This chapter has 81 pages, and has been on the back burner for about a year. When I will do the next chapter (another 50 pages) remains to be seen.

@Mordenheim - I will keep that in mind. Right this moment, I am waiting for a certain native speaker to review two spots in the chapter that concerned me and others here. Once he gets back to me, then I will make some changes and post an update.
