Things are getting even more complicated here. Things are going a little bit faster here. "Only" ten weeks went by since the last release from this series. Ten weeks in which I got fourteen other chapters from nine other series out the door.

Interesting connections here: Sophia and Keren are both references to the manga Karin (aka Chibi Vampire). And here we have a (quite literally) chibi vampire.

@BDM130 - There are no more chapters. There were 64 chapters in the published tankobon. Chapter #64 was published much earlier in the magazine serialization, and so was scanlated as chapter #7 here. I didn't know this when I took over this project, so when I saw that the scanlated chapter #35...

@dotawolfbroth - Only two years. I have been working on another manga series since 2014, and a light novel series since 2010.

@Kobester11 - As scanlations go, this was a pretty easy series. The Japanese wasn't particularly challenging, and neither was the cleaning/redrawing work. The biggest problem (at first) was that with me working between 8 and 10 series at the same time, updates to this one series took a while...

The title says it all. It's been a nice ride. Thanks and credit to @FodderChara18 for all the help over the last quite a few chapters. Since it was a joint project, I gave it priority, which is why you see it done already. As opposed to (perhaps) late next year.

Now that Masaki has the wheat he wants, what's next? And before anybody says "I thought this was dropped!", let me say this release was less than three months from the previous one in this series. And since then I have released 13 other chapters of other stuff in the meantime. I must be fair...

@shinjikun10 - Not likely to happen. I just discovered by accident that it has been licensed and completely published in English already. See Amazon. Less work for me. I purchased the entire series on paper some years ago, but due to me working on too many series at once, I never got around...

@Serranita - I won't take all the credit for the speedup. @FodderChara18 offered to do the editing work to save me time, and so I prioritized this series over my others until it is finished.

@zapper01 - Read the other comments. Yes, the series is long ago completed in Japan. Nearly ten years ago, in fact. But no, it is not completed in English. There are another 20 chapters to go. The next chapter has plenty of fluff.

@KaMi-SHeIK, @BrahMoment420 - What in the world are you talking about? Didn't I just say (in the chapter comments) that there are four more volumes (20 chapters) left to go? Unless you're talking about the ending in Japanese (chapter 45). I have not looked at it. I rarely see more than one...

How all this mess got started? Perhaps the loose ends will be resolved in the next chapter/volume. Anyway, that is the last of volume 5. There are four more to go.

@immortalartisan - This is no more propaganda than, say, "Guns of the South", by Harry Turtledove. There is a light-novel/OVA series called "Konpeki no Kantai" which is considerably more detached from reality. I ought to know: I've been translating it, albeit at a snail's pace.

@randomdice101 - And volume 10 does not show any sign that it will be the last.

@Zacreg - According to MangaUpdates, this series has not been licensed to an English publisher. I continue to work on this series, unless somebody wants to take it over. But given that I currently work on nine different series, and a chapter of any given series takes me 7-10 days to do, you...
