The pacing is a little bit irrational and all over the place, but I still have hope.

It seems to me the author doesn't really know what kind of story he wanted to make, he just have a pretty neat premise and then throwing whatever that sticks.

The fact that he swooped in at the last minute to save the day is pretty damn lame. and also with how most of the korean team is still alive while the entire japanese team is annihilated kinda seems like a power fantasy than an actual interesting plot point.
