3rd Best part. Every enemy introduced is interesting. The antagonist is my favorite, his ability "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" is the best stand so far, and his design replicates a president perfectly. I personally think Johnny's character is boring... But other then that, the side stories are...

It's a weak part. The antagonist is always fricking good. The antagonist in this part is amazing. one of the best. 6.3/10

The first half is medium, but when the main antagonist is introduced, you don't know what you're in for. 7/10 for first half and 8.6/10 for the last half.

It's a great short part, I give it an 7.4/10
