I think that's just the author just being inconsistent with the sizes. It's not the first (and definitely not the last) time they've had some size inconsistency.

In case you're wondering, there is no mistake on page 3. Although it's listed as Chapter 33 on MangaDex (and as volume 5) and on Sunday-Webry, the physical volume 4 has that chapter as Chapter 32.
