I'm trying to visualize how his hair looked like if it's not tied. And i know it's a normal premise in a romance story that a person loves/likes someone for years without their feelings being returned but does that really exist irl? I don't think i ever have unrequited feelings for that long

Yeah i agree with a previous commenter, yoshino and kirishima might be a good partner in business terms. Personally though, i wouldn't really want any romance between them. I don't think he would be faithful even after marriage :/
