@Greenfrost it's fun for like the first couple of weeks when everything is novel and the game throws a bunch of free stuff at you, then it becomes a monolithic grind. You can play it on and off once you get to that point if you aren't a masochist.

I do expect mhy to revamp resin, but only way into the future (1~2 yrs) after they raise the level/AR ceiling on content to make it easier for new players to reach lategame like in HI3. Artifact grinding makes me want to deepthroat a shotgun and I have a vague feeling that it will only get worse...

Also, it looks like we'll still get the food-related event. It doesn't seem to be explicitly KFC like the promotional material for CN, so maybe it'll just be a simple giveaway for the other servers. I'm fine with that tbh.

No shit, I lost a coworker to this game. He stopped going to work entirely when COVID hit last year and the very little I know about him now is that he's just at home playing League all day every day.

Furthermore, the primos earned in the expeditions are guaranteed. Even players who started recently and haven't done a lot of gacha can at least get of all the primos by sending their free characters if they forego doing normal expeditions.

It's an awful, soul-sucking skinner box meticulously designed to lure you in with pretty visuals and anime tiddy, only to then lock you into a constant treadmill of grinding with gameplay that's as bland as eating an unseasoned baked potato. It's tolerable if you're a weirdo who's into that kind...

Sony's Japan Studio is apparently being shut down. I don't have anything PS anymore, but I remember dumping hours upon hours in Patapon despite being total ass at rhythm games. Also really loved Shadow of the Colossus and the Gravity Rush series. F

@wowfucktron In another gacha game I play, there was a major event where a notable percentage of the playerbase completed the final combat stage, but did not read/skip through the additional two story bits afterwards to get all the rewards. Never underestimate how utterly incompetent people can be.
