When I go to my own manga list, I want to be able to sort by my own ratings of the manga. Otherwise, it basically defeats the purpose of rating in the first place. This way, if I want to go back and see all of my favorite manga, I can easily see the ones rated 10 first, then 9, then 8. Right...
