@Hasya Oh, I see, my bad then. The constant artstyle changes and overall art quality made it all but impossible for me to discern that those were meant to be younger versions of the characters.

It's like we reached the bottom of the barrel, broke through it, and started digging. Absolutely atrocious save for the passable art.

It feels like it keeps setting up jokes and then just... not going for them? It's really weird. The jokes that are there are ones that have zero proper set-up, so they just don't land. This is oddly frustrating to read.
