For the people talking about axes. No this series wasn't really axed, the author had to rush to a conclusion because the magazine in which this series was published pretty much died.

I'm talking about self buff/transformations spells. They have long since a staple of the fantasy genre, a bit underused perhaps, but they usually show up even in kid stories, such as old Disney animations. But for some reason they rarely show up in manga, they usually only use Summoning magic...

@Werebear, to be hones here, what makes it good is that despie all the cheats, the MC still tries to learn how to fight without the, when it's possible, which makes it refreshing. COntrary to so many MCs who abuse their cheats and make no effort to do anything with their own strength.

Oh looks like the Japanese finally remember that Transmutation magic is a thing. They usually won't even use evocation right. Much less remember that Transformation spells and self transmutation has been a thing for many decades.
