What's with the weird translation? There is no need to keep words like "koibito" untranslated. Just say "lover" already (unless it's relevant to the plot).

Meh. I think the idea of a manga about the dark side of the idol industry is pretty cool, considering how happy and carefree idol series tend to be even though reality is often not that pretty (just think of the NGT48 scandal from last year). It would have been an interesting subversion...
