This is the guy from that part about a Chinese sweetener. The sweetener was the most memorable part for me.

Aren't fidget spinners in the $15 dollar range? Doesn't that stop counting as a dagashi at that point? Sure, it makes sense to sell them since they can also attract customers to buy other stuff, but they've already heavily debated what counts as a dagashi for that dipping stick thing.

So they have qualifiers, but then for the final tournament, they're fine with just picking up nobodies in the back alleys. Sure, there can be diamonds hidden in the rough at the underground tournament, but you'd think that they'd put them in the qualifiers first.

I like how the fights in this manga (at least the serious ones) give the protagonist serious injuries. They give a feeling of "fighting for your life". She can heal the injuries later by leveling up, but what matters is that she has to make sacrifices and lose limbs to survive. The monkey fight...

Really sweet chapter. There were a lot of nice details too- Marcille correcting Fairlyn on the number of years they've been apart shows how much she cares about Fairlyn, considering that earlier chapter showed how much different the passage of time is for elves. Seeing Namari and Marcille...

That mask manga reminds me of Love Lucky- the cover art doesn't have the female lead in a mask, but in the first chapter, she's disguised frequently and reveals herself to be an idol at the end of the chapter. Not sure if that was intended as a reference though.
