@Thrembs I actually loved the ending of Aku no Hana. The anime didn't exactly end where the manga ended, however the plot after the anime was really good.

I think this goes to show that the author can tackle both spectrum (fluff & angst) very well. Now time for some quality sensei student numbers to ease my nerves. Really glad a good chunk of those end on a happy note. Screw morality, I need my fluff endings.

IMO from drama perspective, I can only shiver but think of the epic finale that would happen had sensei been the endgame. One reason I tend to enjoy visual novels a lot these days is every girl gets a satisfying end.
