For those that stumbled on here, this oneshot, as well as Kishiro's other oneshots are included as bonuses in the "Alita: Last Order" Omnibuses from Kodansha Comics USA. This specific oneshot, "The Great Machine" and another oneshot entitled "Fly" can be found in the first omnibus.

Dark Horse didn't continue past the second volume and have dropped it (volume 2 for the record came out January 2018) so if one wants to scanlate Volume 3 and the remainder don't hesitate to.
