I feel like the author wanted to do a lot more with the plot but the publication just didn't give them the leeway. The last few chapters just haphazardly try to wrap things up. It's not the worst ending, but the potential this manga had was never fully realized.

@MrOGZ your translation is riddled with basic mistakes. You failed to understand several basic verb tenses and adverbs and as a result butchered several lines. One joke in particular you butchered was the nurse's. In the original she keeps shouting しゃぶりてぇぇ！！ You misinterpreted this...

@VawX not really. The price in this manga is extremely inflated (57,450‬ yen for 100 grams). You can get a good 100 grams of A5 grade (highest grade) Wagyu for 5,000 yen, maybe a bit more. Even if we assume this is the most expensive cut and whatnot (which would likely be Kobe), I can't imagine...

For anyone who's worried about this development and doesn't mind some spoilers (only for the next couple chapters)
