Watanabe is such a strong candidate in this sensei-bowl here. when Ichikawa is pushing him to take their confession seriously, Watanabe is willing to stay patient and support him from the backline about it.

I like the contrast between their relationships of Ichikawa and Watanabe. with Watanabe its homely and kind of peaceful while with Ichikawa its Tense and reaaaally flirty.

I love how the manga doesn't forget he's a teacher and by that I mean the narrative and dialogue involve his field of expertise (Literature). in most mangas Ive read that involve a teacher, they entirely forget about using the teacher's field of study and just chalk it up to adult's common sense...

I knew this had TRUE harem vibes with the way the first 2 girls are introduced in just the first chapter. its like Kanojo mo Kanojo. We finally got to see Watanabe do happy expressions too. this is bliss.
