For me, personally think PR must be different person. Because sometimes you need different person to spot where's your miss is. And I think TL is who knows first language(origin) better, and PR is most proficient in second language. And even TL (may) have more knowledge about first language...

Actually, can next chapter (probably after .3 chapter) up 1 whole chapter instead splitting it? It's ok if it take a while to finish/upload it. But I think it's better than short chapter in short period of time. And as always thank you for the hard work for bringing up this series!
