I'm glad that you noticed that. I did keep that on purpose in some part of the translation/typesetting, too. Just left the "Ken" in Tomaji just for practical reasons and also to give an insight of the actual thing. I found it amusing that all the time it was kept at KEN in the dialogues, too...
