It's a hard decision... Report all 18 no-volume chapters, and pray that all 3 scanlation groups fix it... or Report the 3 new chapters and ask them to remove the volume so it'll be in order, and it'll be more likely to happen because they were all uploaded recently by a single group. 🤔
