I remember when Korean webtoons were this new thing, not very commercialized. There was a lot of weird stuff, some terrible art and some hauntingly beautiful art and some quirky interesting art, with story lines and approaches that rebelled against the cookie-cutter published manhwa of the day...

I liked this at the beginning, but I gradually went off it. Some writers just seem to not be able to handle long stories, to keep 'em going they have to do more drama, make the characters more angsty, introduce more annoying antagonists, who have to be rehabilitated against all common sense...

This is feeling really stupid to me. Sorry, but it's so arbitrary, at this point the number's just bloody meaningless. At first it felt like there was some kind of cause that was going to gradually loom and result in her death, but at this point I'm giving up on a coherent explanation. Like...

@VINT64 There are some degrees and types of eye condition contacts won't work for. Like some people have that weird religion that stops them from seeing . . . astigmatism, that was it. :D

I don't know for sure if this manga ever had the plot, but if it did it has now completely lost it. I'm starting to think it seemed good for a while largely by accident.
