@Danimal696 Well, there's Silver Spoon. It's similar in that it's (1) set at an agricultural college, and (2) good and pretty funny. Not as many sexy girls though. Oddly, it's by the mangaka of Fullmetal Alchemist.

@Ichigo69 That would be it, yup. It was overall probably quite a bit better than this one, and certainly delivered more emotional payoffs, but its tendency to massive ensemble cast was a bit excessive.
