You can put your group if you want to translate new chapters, yes, but don't put your group in already translated chapters if you didn't participate in the translation.

Creating groups with the sole purpose of reuploading other's people work is not allowed, groups should be properly credited. The group is unclaimed and doesn't have any upload restriction, upload their translations using their group, don't credit yourself if you're only reuploading.

Could you provide more info about this, with sources if possible? There doesn't seem to be any precedent of Japan Ex-Licenses on the site, but I'm not 100% sure.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. Have you tried pressing shift while scrolling? The "turn pages by scrolling mouse wheel" option doesn't work correctly sometimes with wide strip.
