For me it was among the weakest similar series starts. It felt more like a super rushed pilot episode with no justification or reasoning for anything that happens. The weakest part was probably the mother scene.

Sometimes a manga isn't updated for ages but a new group still gets bullied by fans of old one to drop the series, so we have to wait for chapters once again. Gamer Girl a good example.

Honestly, as much as I understand why you're saying that, this is Mangadex. Chapters can, and often will, get taken down by the group that uploaded them. I feel more at ease when there are multiple versions available.

I've never considered latest chapters boring. We've got plenty of cute Tia/Perez scenes, character development for Perez, new characters introduction, and more.
