about upscaled, it seems a bit too thin i think? maybe you can try to up the contrast a bit first then upscale it. my usual quality check is just to look at the art in different range (range of you-monitor or img scale-monitor in %) and this one seems too thin that it make the lines barely...

all i know is that if you want to get some printed publish, it is quite hard. but if it is digital, the only hard part from the publisher is the marketing as digital manga doesn't require much upfront production cost than a printed manga. The only hurdle of digital publish are just server cost...

??? Would you elaborate more? Cuz some of the manga are in my reading list and 2 per month almost fit all the manga, but most of those are just time spent waiting from the raw or a bit of few chapter (1-3) behind the raw. I just see no issue with them so far.
