It feels like it's been a while since we got some proper attention on the main ship, but I'm really enjoying Sayu's personal arc, so I don't mind too much. The final page feels like the author trying to reassure that audience that "yes, we really will get back to the yuri, I swear" :pacman:

As far as axed finales go, I definitely prefer an open ending to a rushed ending, although the half length chapter really hurts. This series has some truly amazing art and neat writing, so I will continue to pray for a third volume. Thank you for the TL!

I really like how the estranged childhood friend dynamic was handled in this chapter. it's not a type of dynamic I've ever really seen in a manga, and I hope it doesn't get completely swept away by the whole curse thing.

With this chapter, I'm coming to think that Kaede set up this whole thing because she wants her loved ones to remember her poorly, so that they aren't hurt as badly when she commits suicide or disappears. Of course, it totally could just be that she's just a completely horrible person, but I...
