Getting an item like that is so broken, ESPECIALLY with how low level he is. He's not even lvl 30 yet in a lvl 80 area, that halved xp should mean nothing, if he manages to kill just one enemy he would still get at least 5 levels realistically. Ooh, a character that lives to PK, my type of gal.
