    @ProsperoIV Bullies are human, they also have crushes. You do not need a deep motivation for the crushes of kids, since those are basically random, hence why it is acceptable to not have some previous "explanation" for it.

    @tae_ka_pre I call this character development. A one-dimensional bully was extended to a character that is not defined only by being a bully. You can of course argue that this was not motivated enough, and you probably have a point regarding that. On the other hand, kids have crushes...

    @HeliaXDemoN Except this is Japan, and if you're suspected of a crime (or being involved in it) they'll even fabricate evidence against you if need be. If memory serves me right the conviction rate there was ridiculous (though probably not as bad as the US).
