Looking at the adult version, if I hadn't read the TL's comment about the name, I'd assume she's a he. And in the volume I only found 1 sentence with a clear gender pronouns, and it's not the questionable one. Even the actual synopsis didn't specify that. Might have to wait for the 2nd volume.

I'd say "androgynous GL". Unless I missed it somewhere, I couldn't see a clear proof regarding the gender throughout the volume.
