Akino already knows how Shiki feels about Fuyuki (probably better than him) and she didn't seem to even care. I wouldn't be surprised if Akino becomes just a good friend to both, but the next chapter would be a good opportunity to clear that up.

When the "out" was first used I considered putting a tl note to make it more obvious that they are in fact saying the English word "out", as in an out in a baseball game rather than telling him to leave. Well, at this point the joke doubled into that anyway.

All the stuff with Rinko pays off big time in my opinion. Not what I expected from this series, but I'm really happy with it. There's the omake left from Vol 4 and then we'll play the waiting game.

The equals sign is sometimes used in place of the interpunct as a word separator, it doesn't really mean anything. It just, uh, looks cool to the Japanese I guess.

Nothing savage about what I said, the problem I was talking about was fucking around by making the release intentionally worse. In this case it was pretty pointless too because Comic Sans is not any better than Times New Roman anyway.
