@BCS I'm not quite sure what you mean by where it came from. It's a manga that Shiki uploaded to his Twitter. As for the honorifics, they do in fact call each other by their last names without honorifics. I always try to leave honorifics in my translations if I can.

@precurejunkie Much appreciated! I did agree with another commenter that the /a/ version was much nicer to read though. My version has flow/phrasing issues a plenty, so I definitely need to re-work it and re-think how I'm approaching the translation entirely.
