The no chapters tag should not be relied upon, in fact it shouldn't really be used at all. It'll be removed soon anyway.

Shouldn't happen. The only thing that comes to mind (besides you having made some kind of a mistake, I guess) is that sometimes people create duplicate manga entries, but usually they're dealt with by merging the entries which should preserve the follows so that shouldn't be the issue.

It technically does work, but not with pages that haven't been loaded and rendered yet, since they're done in sequential order. I kind of have an idea about how to possibly improve long strip behaviour, but we'll see.

@Ao There's no queue for manga entries. If you can't find the manga you added, I can only speculate that you misspelled something, either when searching or when you initially added the manga.

While I'm not going to immediately shoot this down, we've already gotten complaints about the chapter lists being kind of busy and confusing especially on mobile, which I can't really disagree with. There's just not a whole lot of usable space there, and for desktop/laptop views the page count...

This is by design. It would be pretty weird if it did.

Yeah, this isn't a bug. It's leftover data from before the tracking behaviour was changed, and since the dangling markers don't actually do any harm, they were just left alone.
