At least with the way the system is currently implemented, deleting a chapter doesn't automatically delete any read markers attached to it. Obviously you won't see the chapter any longer, so it doesn't really do much good for you, except if it's later brought back. Not sure if this answers your...

Obviously wasd doesn't natively scroll the screen at all, so I had to implement scrolling for those keys regadless of the setting so that they would work. Not really, magazine demographics are essentially self-reported. It's not up to whoever decides to input the demographic, it's independently verifiable.
