Not everyone develops romantic feelings early, so, in that regard, Koharu is still fine. The problem is what previous comments are complaining about: her wishy-washy attitude to someone who has been clear/pursuing her for years - which resulted in everything being taken as granted... Unrequited...

Guess we've all been reading way too many betrayal stories lately... I'm used to expect the worst whenever characters are portrayed like our blondie here... like a near-death experience for a character change, some regret by the stabber, etc.

It's a pretty chill/sweet story. The summary gives a different vibe from what it is, even though it is accurate... the ML is not invasive, pushy, possessive, creepy, etc. The cast is also interesting enough, it's not like they're just 'there', and revolve around the leads. If you like this...

Thank you for the chapter! I like how Man Qian, minus the laughing part, will talk normally to Chang Le - she goes along with his silly plans, tries to help with actual advice, has normal conversations, and can actually get angry at him... they're good friends, and, together, quite sweet!

Great series! initially I thought it would get boring fast, or be repetitive, but I was wrong! The characters are nice, and the jokes are fun!
